Kick off Monday with a morning session that will have you zeroing in on the effectiveness of your marketing message. “Brand Harmony: Communicate a Story That Drives Business Results” will guide you in identifying, embracing, and aligning your brand with your overall sales and business development strategy. After lunch, dive right into “10 Minutes to a More Profitable Website/5 Things Your Website Is Trying to Tell You”. This program will help you find out why your website may be holding back your sales growth and see the most impactful changes you can make to get more out of it.



New Orleans Workshops Both of Tuesday’s sessions will take a close look at possible risks to your company. The morning seminar “Priced for Profit: How to Calculate and Determine if a Vehicle, Run or Even a Client Is Making You Money” will help you identify what services and customers are profitable by weighing their financial pros and cons. You’ll be able to determine what—and who—is either filling your coffers or decreasing your margins so you can move ahead accordingly. In the afternoon, “The Termination Process: How to Protect Your Ass-ets,” our Retreat’s HR session, will guide you through the process of terminating employees to minimize the risks associated with the end of a professional relationship.

Brand Harmony: Communicate a Story That Drives Business Results

When your customers think about you, are they interested? Are they motivated? Are they inspired? In this session, speaker Steve Yastrow will help you think about your brand in a new way. You'll recognize that your brand is not what you say you are, but what your customers think you are. Yastrow will teach you how to generate powerful messages in the minds of your customers by creating an experience of brand harmony, where all interactions that customers have with your company blend to tell one clear, compelling, and differentiating story. He’ll also show how every one of your employees can be the brand simply by do their jobs, thereby creating the kind of customer experiences that will keep customers happy and loyal, and will lead to powerful word of mouth marketing.

Capture the power of the Internet as a marketing tool. Find out why your website may be holding back your sales growth and see the most impactful changes you can make to get more out of it.

The second half of the session will explore how you can improve upon your website using the tools available. See how Google Analytics can be used to diagnose your website as audience members agree to have their Google Analytics analyzed live and unrehearsed at this session. Some of the best data available to improve your business marketing is just a few clicks away and you’ll learn how to get that information and put it to use.

Matt Weber, president and CEO of ROAR! Internet Marketing, has more than 30 years of experience using nearly every marketing medium. At ROAR!, he and his team fuse direct marketing principles with the latest in web development technology to create websites and Internet strategies for clients all over the country. Weber is a Certified Google AdWords individual and a sought‐after international trainer in Google AdWords and Google Analytics, and his company routinely achieves conversion rates for Google AdWords that are twice as high as the national average. Weber is also a trustee for the Orlando Museum of Art and serves as a member of the Seminole County Public Schools Business Advisory Board.

Speakers: Ron Sorci of Professional Consulting Resources and Mike Campbell of Grace Limousine

Michael Campbell, president and CEO of Grace Limousine, got his start in the industry in the early 1990s by washing the two-vehicle fleet at Grace (his family’s business) and labeling envelopes for direct mail campaigns. In 2003, following a successful sales career, he returned to Grace, and was selected to lead the company in early 2009. Campbell responded quickly to the harsh economy by making bold changes in order to turn the business around. Campbell has grown the business through sales and several local acquisitions. He has integrated technology into his business and made a number of investments in his business to add value for clients. He has also bucked several wasteful “standard practices” in the industry in an effort to stay profitable in challenging times.

Ron Sorci, founder and CEO of Professional Consulting Resources, has served in senior management positions throughout his career, including as CFO for Aventura Worldwide Transportation. He has a wide variety of experience in numerous areas that include finance, accounting, operations, human resources, sales/marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a past president of the National Limousine Association and has written and self-published Selling Your Company in the Millennium. In addition, he has written countless articles on finance, accounting, and customer service for many trade publications.

Kristen Carroll, founder of The LMC Group, has been a talent leader for nearly two decades, providing clients both across the globe and from an array of industries with cutting-edge recruitment and talent-acquisition techniques. Carroll’s work has earned her a number of awards, and her articles on recruitment and talent management have been published in several trade journals and publications. She and her team utilize proven techniques that significantly reduce time to fill, turnover, and vacancy rates, while increasing candidate flow, quality of hires, and employee engagement. The LMC Group currently provides recruitment and HR outsourcing—as well as a full suite of livery management consulting services—to dozens of clients within the chauffeured ground transportation industry.

Christina Davis is the HR Director for The LMC Group, a consulting firm specializing in human resources, operations, and business development for the livery industry. With more than 16 years of HR experience, she continues to provide guidance, development, and training for organizations’ policies, procedures, and HR processes. Davis’ experience in a variety of industries allows her to draw from proven practices when consulting with her clients.
