Michael Campbell, president and CEO of Grace Limousine, got his start in the industry in the early 1990s by washing the two-vehicle fleet at Grace (his family’s business) and labeling envelopes for direct mail campaigns. In 2003, following a successful sales career, he returned to Grace, and was selected to lead the company in early 2009. Campbell responded quickly to the harsh economy by making bold changes in order to turn the business around. Campbell has grown the business through sales and several local acquisitions. He has integrated technology into his business and made a number of investments in his business to add value for clients. He has also bucked several wasteful “standard practices” in the industry in an effort to stay profitable in challenging times.
Ron Sorci, founder and CEO of Professional Consulting Resources, has served in senior management positions throughout his career, including as CFO for Aventura Worldwide Transportation. He has a wide variety of experience in numerous areas that include finance, accounting, operations, human resources, sales/marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a past president of the National Limousine Association and has written and self-published Selling Your Company in the Millennium. In addition, he has written countless articles on finance, accounting, and customer service for many trade publications.
